"Big Glitch level 4"

I gave the game 2 stars because theres a issue in level 4. Seems 1-3 is perfect but on level 4 when you drop into that hole with "construction" pylons theres no way of getting out. You cant ask for help like in other games and my only conclusion its a glitch or design flaw. iTunes doesnt give refunds so I cat even give the game back.

Please fix this issue or help buttons if theres nothing wrong with the game.
